Welcome To Hótel Siglunes

We aim to give you an unforgettable time in the homely atmosphere of our family run Hotel. Our house is located in the heart of Siglufjörður and is the oldest Guesthouses in the village. After some years out of use we decided to revive this place as a Hotel.


A combination of the old traditional interior with a selection of Icelandic art is the cosy frame for our hospitality and the wish to give our guests a temporarily home.

Location

Hótel Siglunes is located on the north coast of Iceland, in the small seaside town of Siglufjörður, a short drive (approximately one hour) from both Akureyri and Sauðárkrókur.


Hótel Siglunes is located in the heart of the town, on Lækjargata 10 (see map above).

In Aðalgata (Main Street) and surrounding the harbour you will find cafes and restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, post office, various shops and a gallery. The information center is located in the public library at the town hall (Radhus)
